They have the right to remain silent about the abuse they face, especially from women, everything they say will be held against them in every place they go, they have the right to try and find a judge who's not biased in favour of a mother, they also have the right to flee abusive environment and if they can't afford it, a spot under the bridge will be assigned to them.

If you are under an investigation and there are already some charges I advise you to go to the persecutor for hearing before he reaches out to you. Some months ago I was under an investigation regarding sexual assault. I got in contact with the persecutor, set up an appointment for a hearing and explained my part of the story. Week later I got a letter that the case against me is dismissed and no charges will be held. Anyway good luck.

If the boy lied about his age and both gave consent to sex then it's not her fault. The same goes for women. If a 15 yo girl comes into a club and lies about being an adult it's only her fault if someone had sex with her.
