As far as society's moral compass goes, master morality was replaced by slave morality with the advent of Christianity. On a non-societal level of cause master morality never left. He wanted us to go forward. But he wanted us to adopt a morality more in line with our naturalist tendencies than slave morality. He definitely wasn't equally opposed to master morality. That's a post-WW2 interpretation when academics were working overtime to try and make N's ideas more palatable to Jewish academics the blue pill masses.
