Just offering another type of advice. What happened happened and couldn't have happened any other way. Its wasn't wasted, just meant to be. Suggest u read up on mimetic desire. Be more introspective and try to think abt what you really want, rather than follow what other ppl are chasing. Read up on stoicism and focus on presence rather than worry abt the unknowable future. At least that the advice I give myself.

Actually I agree with u. You are not wrong. Why work so hard to get tonnes of money, super fit body. Yeah I get what you mean. But I have a friend who studied in Japan University for 6 years and he told me he never heard of anyone who got citizenship.
