1	Why aren't men hypergamous? It neutralizes the divorce threat. If the earning power is the same or higher on her end, then she can't use that as leverage to manipulate me. I'll never get in a long term relationship with a woman making significantly less than me for this reason alone. And I don't want to date a dumb woman when I can date a smarter woman. 8	Why aren't men hypergamous? I care about all of those except physical strength (mental) and so does any self respecting guy that has high standards.
