You have to limit yourself somehow, the problem with having a fluent limit is that you can trick yourself in saying, "I'll just finish this one and then I am really over... " while you keep playing for another 2 hours... ​ In case of multiplayer games, yes, you should use rounds, in single player with option to save/pause I would stick to the time limit (might be 2 hours in your case).

If male is using condoms (properly) and female uses another contraception method (like pill) there is no way she will get pregnant. Woman often rely on their menstruation cycles or sometimes even lie about using a contraception. Bottom line - everyone knows what sex leads to, so why act like a pregnancy is some unwanted disease, when you fuck you should accept all of the risks.
