1	Becoming a better person (all around) Keep this list near you throughout the year and just do it. Every time you make an excuse shut yourself up and just fucking do it. Feeling tired after work and just wanna crack open a beer and watch TV? Strong arm your mind into submission and go out there and do a work out. It's all about willpower and if you have a sedditor berating you all the time you think about slacking it'll just make you dependent on a crutch. 1	Just an awful feeling... You're 21. Go live out your youth. What good does it do to mope about it? If you want to find a girl, go find one. Improve yourself and fucking own it.
