I had a combination of a pituitary and thyroid issue that put me about 60lbs overweight on a fairly standard diet. Even with a normal about of walking and activity. I finally got on medication in my early 20s and started dropping about 4lbs a month just eating and doing my normal level of activity. Not saying this is most people, just some.
