He lived together before but they weren't as excited. I'm not sure if they're happy for a maid since this ex did house work too.

Yeah. I feel so confused cause even his parents seem excited and want me to move in. He says they've never been excited like this since they're usually super critical. Like bro, isn't that even more reason to engage??? Legit nothing is stopping you from getting at least engaged within the first year except you just not wanting to because you're not that into me.

True! I also guess it makes me sick to realize how men are. If I'm allowed to say. It seems like so many are just greedy.

Ja die zijn echt zo vervelend! Hij betaalt de reisjes maar Idk voel me een soort dure escort dan. Elke keer reizen naar hem etc maar niet goed genoeg om verloofd te zijn

He said sorry and that he didn't realize that. That he feels very stupid for not realizing that and that he'd do anything for me. (Except engaging I guess!)

Exactly what I said! I said so I commit BIG TIME by moving and we live in basically like a married couple but actually talking or thinking about marriage is too soon???? What. I'm sorry that happened to you btw. I can imagine it's no fun.

Our languages are very similar but also very different. It would take 8 months for me to be fluent. So no I wouldn't be able to speak much. I can speak my own language and people can follow it a tiny bit but that's it. Not good enough. He says he just want to be close to me and build a future together no matter if I decide to study again or find a job. He wants me to move but when I confronted him about what I want it was "I'm not asking you to do anything you don't want to do" or "no it would j…

I know but it's hard when some of them also have been family members. It's hard.

I actually do believe I might be wrong since a lot of people in my life gave been telling me I'm wrong for having certain thoughts or feelings. Not just men. I've been dismissed and ridiculed a lot so I'm sorry if that's stupid.

Yes both in the EU but still very different countries and languages. I felt like it was having his cake and eating it too tbh.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
