Agreed, I'm looking at the photo and not really seeing any juxtaposition. They look like a normal couple to me.

Hunger pangs are all in the mind. Most of our ancestors skipped two or more meals on a regular basis. Modern man is too soft. Fasting is one of the easiest ways to harden and strengthen one's will and resilience. Keto will not do this. No pain, no gain. I personally think that keto is one of the worst diets because it results in the high consumption of animal products. Many studies have shown that a diet high on animal protein can lead to cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. As a nutritionist, y…

That's what I do. Usually my fast lasts 24 hours. I've been doing it regularly for years now. If you added up all my fast days, they would add up to more than a year.

Fasting does the same thing that keto does in terms of fat metabolism. Just FYI. I personally can't eat keto because I don't eat meat. I do fast and have been for years. I think it's much better than keto for a variety of reasons.

Lol no one cares about logic and reason and they certainly don't respond to it. It's the assumption that people will respond to logic and reason that got conservatives cucked in the first place. The left, for all their naivete, understands this completely.

You know what really gave me a lot of confidence was when I realized God and my soul was liberated. I'm serious, I fear nothing but separation from God now, even though I know that is impossible. God is real and spirituality is the only way to attain true happiness and freedom.

I recommend "80/20 sales and marketing" by Perry Marshall. Also, anything written by Richard Koch, especially his book "Simplify". Source: I have a seven figure net worth in business equity. Six years ago I was broke and living in my parents house.

How about a regular intramuscular injection of testosterone? If you don't overdo it, there's really no problem with it.

I agree completely. Thank you for destroying this myth. If it takes money to be things and fit, then why are most people in developing nations who are thin and fit? If you skip a few meals every week and run sprints that's enough.

It all boils down to apathy. Apathy let's you blame your situation on external factors. Fat feminists believe they are the victims. This identity as a victim robs them of their power to change. I feel bad for these people. The lesson we can learn from them is to recognize when we are in apathy - blaming our problems on external factors - and letting go of wanting to be a victim. No one is a victim. Everyone has the power to transform their lives.

If you want to look at it that way, I guess you're right. Women do tend to do most of the child rearing though, so it's not like they are doing nothing. If you can't appreciate that, I understand.

I hate to be the voice of dissent, but isn't child bearing and rearing a large risk? I understand that few people here are interested in reproduction, but this is the natural division of labor between the sexes. Reproduction is a big risk for women, survival is a big risk for men.

If you like books on nondualistic spirituality then I highly recommend two books: The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin - this book led me to a true spiritual awakening. Infinite love, complete oneness. But beyond that it has helped me make more money and enjoy better health and relationships. If you are goal oriented you will love the Sedona Method. Your mistake here was not talking about your ambitions or what you've done successfully in the past. You should have misdirected the conversation to that. Sounds like she wasn't worth it anyway, but understand that women love a good fairy tale, just like every other child. The thing to do in your situation is to tell her a story that she wants to hear.

This is probably not a popular opinion here, but I can appreciate women of all ages. Older women have more life experience and are harder to impress. Younger women are easily impressed, but sometimes lack the ability to mentally stimulate me (although their younger bodies definitely stimulate me). I have bedded many women. Close to 100 now, but I stopped counting a few years ago. Some have been young and cute and some have been more mature and less physically attractive. I enjoyed my time with a…

I agree with you. I want to have children so that I can leave a legacy behind. I also want to give someone the gift of life. And not just any life, a good life. Many men father children, but fewer actually raise their children and give them what they need to become strong adults. It's sad. My brother and I were talking about some of his girlfriends and how fucked up their fathers were. I want to be a good dad and marriage is the first step.

I'm not interested in arguing with you. I don't care about the why. I care about the current situation. I'm not buying culture vs. Genetics excuse. I've heard that my whole life and I believe it's wrong. IQ is 80% heritable. Have you heard of the warrior gene? Expression of this gene is associated with a propensity to commit violence as a result of emotional stress. It's most commonly expressed in Asians and blacks are a close second. Black people are not just white people with dark skin. They have lower levels of intelligence and a higher propensity to violence. You see the results of the black r…

I realize this, but everyone jumped on my ass for disapproving of my sister dating black guys. So I explained myself to them. I actually just assumed that everyone here had taken the red pill on race, but apparently not lol.

The culture vs. Race thing is a myth. There's a strong genetic component. Why else would the black rape and murder rate be similar everywhere around the world? The average black iq is very low. As low as 65 in some African countries and in America the average black iq is 85, thanks to the white genes they carry. Blacks are relics of antiquity. They are unsuited for civilized society. This becomes clear when you look at black neighborhoods anywhere around the world. They are not civilized. They a…

What do I have against black guys? Here we go: They are eight times more likely to commit murder than white people. They commit more robberies than every other race in America combined. The average black American IQ is 85. In other countries, the average IQ is closer to 70. Black people have a higher incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. I also think they look really ugly, like monkeys or apes.

Society cannot repress a group forever. Look at the blacks or even women. They all were eventually liberated. Over the last 50 years, it was men's turn to be repressed. It is waning now. The election of Donald Trump marked a shift in consciousness. There are too many disenfranchised young men in society. This is a recipe for a violent revolution. Men are the antibodies of a society. We are due for a major revolution. It has been too long. Expect to see more upheavals than the election of Donald …

I don't think the philosophy of the left is that all human life matters. The left is more collectivist than that. Why did the communists murder hundreds of millions of their own countrymen if life was so precious to them? I am a western man with an uncut, eight inch dick with girth thicker toilet paper roll. I have yet to even see an Asian porn star with a bigger dick than mine.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/16 05:13 PM

Good point, but this is wishful thinking until war or some other catastrophe kills enough men to make them scarce again. Until then, it's gynocentrism and there's not much the western world can do about it except maybe get a foreign bride with traditional values.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/16 05:05 PM
-6

Could it also be the fact that Asian men have smaller dicks than white men? I think deep down, every woman has some "size queen" in her. I've fucked a lot of sluts and I've had conversations about average penis size. From what I've gathered, tall skinny white men tend to have the biggest dicks, above even the fabled black cock. If we're talking about sexually dimorphism here, then a big dick is definitely part of that. A small penis can sometimes look like a big clitoris.
/r/TheRedPill06/01/16 04:40 PM

I will second this notion. Sometimes I just want to stick my dick in something.

It's really interesting too because these jews are very hypocritical. They live very conservative lives and hold traditional values dear, yet promote the opposite for the goyim. Another example is how Israel supports open borders for Europe and the United States, but doesn't have open borders themselves.

What would you say to me if I told you that it's possible to live every moment as if it's the first time you've experienced it? What about if I told you that it's silly to try and protect yourself from emotional trauma because that "self" you value so highly doesn't even exist?

I agree that the hipster dress is generally feminine, but skinny jeans are not feminine. Just look at masculine George Washington or a bull fighter My point is that form fitting clothing is not necessary feminine and that showing off the form of one's body can actually be considered more masculine than feminine since usually it's only the males in the animal Kingdom that have sex ornaments, human males being no different.
/r/AlreadyRed24/06/14 05:09 AM

I think that's a good idea. People hear about the red pill and think that means you have to bottle everything up and never let it go. That's bullshit. We're human, we have emotions, frustrations and we need support and words of encouragement from other human beings. Male friends are good for this, but your mother can also be good for this if she's reasonably sane and intelligent. I realize not everyone's mother is like this, but don't count out your mother. I think it depends on the city and the venue. Where I live, an untucked, fitted dress shirt and pants that fit me well get me tons of pussy because most dudes wear t-shirts and baggy jeans. I think the point is make sure you are dressed better than the average chode at whatever venue you may be. Dress is about displaying status and social awareness. Looking stylish shows social awareness, wearing quality clothing shows status.

My advice is spin plates and experience abundance with women and dating until you're in your 30s. At that point, you will be able to maintain frame/dominance so well and you'll be so well calibrated with women that you will be able to size them up instantly. If you can spin plates for the next fifteen years or so, I guarantee that you will have an easy time finding a good woman to marry and an easy time keeping her around. Even the right wing is hesitant to take an anti-feminist stance because they know it's not politically popular. The human mind is programmed to feel sympathy for women and children, but not men. Think about all the legislation that's been passed "for the children" that violates our civil liberties. Similar legislation and policies have been enacted in support of women. People can get behind things like that, but they don't give a shit about men, and they never will.

I'm not casual about it, I'm just accepting of the risk. I like to sleep with strangers. I use condoms, but condoms break and aren't 100% effective when they remain intact. I've accepted the risk and am willing to take on this risk. Like I said before, nothing short of HIV is really that big of a deal. I'm sorry Ms. Sluttypants got herpes, I don't have herpes and if I did I would make damn sure I took good care of my health so I don't have further outbreaks.

From the link you provided: The first outbreak is by far the worst. After that most people have few, if any, future outbreaks. If they do, anti-viral medication can reduce or eliminate them. Having sex with multiple partners is inherently risky. Condoms break or people get drunk and "forget" to use them. This girl had about a week of pain, and I doubt she's even noticed it since.

Dude, stds are not as common as you think. I've slept with over 60 women, some of them were proper sluts. The only std I ever got was chlamydia and I just took some antibiotics and that was that. Even stds like herpes aren't that bad. Ever get a cold sore? That's herpes and they're so infrequent you hardly notice that you have herpes. It's not that common in my life, but I've definitely been pursued, or rather propositioned by women. Women are constantly bird-dogging men and if you can recognize it, you can be swimming in a sea of pussy. Spot on, since I've learned game I've dated (and banged) a ton of great women, none of which I would consider "damaged goods". These women include medical doctors (and other advanced degrees), nurses, fitness models, artists, school teachers, and a plethora of other women. None of which I would consider damaged goods, just "normal" women. And let's face it, all women are a little crazy. The only question is if they're craziness is attractive to me or not.

Indeed, I am dating a recent divorcee who married her former husband when she was a virgin. From what she's told me, he was really controlling of her, and displayed low value in doing so. I think if he had given her a bit more freedom she would have stayed with him. But I also suspect that she caught the feminism bug and decided she wanted to throw away a decade of marriage to get some strange cock.

Bitches who have a lower SMV than you know it, and sometimes put in a lot more effort/passion into a sexual encounter. I've noticed this as well, but occasionally you'll get that rare woman who's absolutely gorgeous and also knows how to get down.

Very true. It's a good argument in favor of men not settling down too early on in their lives. When I was a younger, blue pill lad who had less sex with fewer women I would have gotten into an LTR with just about any woman who showed interest in me. And in fact, I did. But now that I'm almost 30 and have had sex with more women than I can remember, I'm much more picky with who I commit to and less so with who I have sex with.

I agree, the drinking part especially hits home for me. I don't really slur my words, but I tend to rant about deep topics that are not well suited for social gatherings. Last night I went off about how the aborigines in Australia believe we are all part of a dream being dreamt by a singular dreamer. It was interesting to me, but apparently most people aren't interested in the nature of our existence.

It's good to have high standards, but it's also not a bad idea to venture a little lower than what you think you like, especially if she's offering you free pussy. For example, I've boned a ton of girls I would rate as a five or a six. And you know what? I had a good time at it. I really did. The more women you have sex with, the less picky you get because you realize it's all just pussy in the end. That doesn't mean you aren't trying to bag tens whenever possible, but it also doesn't mean you t…

Not sure if there were "beta bucks" involved, but I've definitely been the alpha that she wanted for sex while she allowed more beta men to orbit and court her in their pathetic little ways. This has happened to me several times since beautiful women almost always have a plethora of beta orbiters willing to give them anything they want. I have more morals than to fuck a married woman though. Separated is fine, but if they're still living together I won't get involved.

We objectify the so-called dark triad traits and other "alpha" behaviors, but the truth is that women are more or less masters of these things. I have no idea why people think of them as sensitive and compassionate. It's all a big lie of you ask me.

I'm not entirely dark triad, I have emotions and compassion, but I've taken (animal, not human) life before and I enjoyed it. I would do it again in a heartbeat if it meant survival for me or my loved ones. Once you watch something die by your own hands you realize we are all the same and that one life is as good as the next.
/r/TheRedPill03/06/14 06:15 AM

The 100% dark triads would quickly perish, but the moderately dark triads who also have skills would be just fine. My reasoning for this is that in a societal collapse, one will have to kill other human beings in order to survive. If you don't have at least a little dark triad in you, taking a human life is going to be very difficult and your life will probably be taken instead.

This is one of the most insightful essays I've ever read on this topic. I never really thought about it in the context of radfems being social rejects, but you're absolutely right. Of course I've recognized the part about women not being to compete in the competitive world that men live in day to day. /r/TheRedPill31/05/14 03:26 AM

I hate the term earn, like women are the prize to be won. I would rather we say something like "claim your birthright of masculinity and women flock to you as a result" or something like that.

Right, it's basically illegal to be a masculine man these days. If you don't have the opportunity to use your high testosterone in a socially acceptable way such as sports, law, or business you will undoubtedly end up committing some kind of crime eventually.

Right, and I believe that the standard of living in westernized countries is now declining. Yes, there are many people that can get by, there are still those who strive for a bigger slice of the pie. It's these people that know the joys of active competition and enjoy the testosterone boost that comes with it. Yes, they are rare, but they exist and they are reaping a greater reward for their efforts.

Progressive journalists and bloggers are largely little people who need to tear down big people to feel better about themselves. It's just human nature. Fifty years ago it would be people in the media accusing Evan Spiegel of experimenting with homosexual sex. Once again, little people will be little people. If you are lucky enough for them to target you, I'd say you're doing well and probably don't have much to fear from these people anyway.

I'm referring to obligations to protect your wife or girlfriend. I would not risk my safety for a common cum dumpster downtown, but you can bet the ranch that I would do so in an instant for someone that I care about. The converse is that your wife or girlfriend then has the obligation to risk her life for you in the form of childbirth if that's what the two of you choose to do.

I would say you are right in terms of men, if you look at pictures of male sex symbols from the 50s compared to today, there has definitely been a raising of the bar. But the bar has also been raised for women in the same sense. Female actors and models are thinner and more beautiful than their predecessors. Digital touch ups and advanced photography has only further increased the standard of beauty to un-achievable levels. As a result, I think some women have simply given up. Or the diet/lifest…

Excellent summation. It can't be emphasized enough how heartless women can appear be when it comes to relationships. This is why rappers and other such cultures will adopt the mindset that "a bitch ain't shit" and act accordingly. Male orgasm produces a chemical that neutralizes testosterone. I can't remember the exact mechanism, but you do drop testosterone levels after sex. Not a big deal, as I'm sure you get it back fairly quickly, but it does happen. I'm more concerned with your avoidance of fatty foods. Cholesterol is a the precursor for testosterone production in the body. A fairly large portion of your calories should be coming from fat.

Also, what if I'm 35 and she's 25, does that increase or decrease chances of success? I realize that many people on here don't share this sentiment, but I'm willing to take risks and make sacrifices in order to have children.

As long as you are having fun and approaching women, it doesn't matter what their response is in the eyes of women you haven't approached yet. The other girls don't know that the one you just approached rejected you, they just see you smiling, laughing, and talking to the competition. So my advice to you is to go out, enjoy yourself, and talk to a lot of different people, but mostly women you're attracted to.

It's the only thing to do.

Don't even respond, go find some new girls instead. Btw, it's not a flake if she cancels within a reasonable time like that. She just isn't that into you and probably just agreed to the date because she was too timid to say no. So yeah, go get some new girls instead of trying to make diamonds out of graphite.

Honestly I think alpha males will almost always seem a little crazy if they also posses a strong intellect. The smart people of the world seem crazy to the huddled masses because they think and act in ways that are incomprehensible to the average prole.

Always approach. If you were a king and you were hosting a party and you saw a guest there you wanted to fuck, but didn't know, wouldn't you just walk up and introduce yourself with the expectation that this person would be thrilled to share your bed? Approaching is alpha, it displays high value because low value men are to afraid of rejection to approach and lack confidence when they do. If you can strike boldly then you have a much better chance of success than waiting for her to do so. Also, …

Put a screen lock on your phone. I did so after a random girl I took home sent and accepted a friend request from me on Facebook using my phone.

Once again, I don't believe the beta-ness of men is responsible for the rise in narcissism. I believe it's a combination of technology and the kind of Marxist attitudes that give people participation medals and tell kids they can do whatever they want and still have a high standard of living.

Yes, but not to them.

It's not more alpha Bros, it's society needing the survival value of men in general. In developed nations, the state and modern technology provides all the survival value anyone needs. Men don't need to band together to survive and neither do women need men to survive. My point is that it's more of an individual issue with the safety and abundance of modern times rather than a larger or smaller population of beta males. I don't think the ratio of alpha/beta males really changes anyway.

No doubt. I live near a university and most of the younger college dudes I see seem like they think like that. I also love seeing the look on some of these dudes faces when I fuck the girls they like to orbit. Sometimes they've watched these girls take enough cock that it's not as painful, but when it's the first time she's snatched away, the look of disappointment on their faces is almost better than the sex.

Exactly, I don't know too many Asian gangsters, but I've met a lot of black and Hispanic gangsters and I doubt any one of them would get themselves into a situation like that. They're almost always top level players and the women they date are only interested in them.

If the first clinical trial happens next year I'd be ecstatic. That being said, this more effective birth control is going to further decrease our population growth, which is essential for our current economic system.

You nailed it here. Women have such low levels of foresight and self-awareness that OP's theory is just a projection of male thought processes onto women. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Pollutants are sequestered in fat, if you lose fat, you lose pollutants. If your fat is especially toxic, you will get headaches from fasting.

Source: http://www.menshealth.com/weight-loss/improve-your-testosterone I realize it's men's health, but you can also find more credible sources that will tell you the same thing. And a long distance runner might not have high testosterone levels either due to the high fatigue they battle.

Yes, but alelternate day fasting would be over a 30% deficit, that's why I limit my fasts to twice a week.

It can be a lot of things. For me it's skipping breakfast and lunch once or twice a week. The most you want to do is skipping breakfast and lunch every other day. You'll lose weight the quickest this way, but you will also lose some lean mass, although you will lose less lean mass than on a traditional diet that restricts daily caloric intake.

You're right, however regular intermittent fasting can help cleanse the body of pollutants and keep body fat low. Low body fat is associated with higher testosterone. I've been fasting regularly for a few years now and I don't regret it at all.
