1	Young men are struggling. What does this mean for young women? 1	How do male victims of domestic violence live their life with shame/trauma? You literally "man up" and get over it or spiral. Your choice which. Don't expect help, there is none. It's sad but it's the truth and men are equipped to deal with it. Don't tell women about your trauma, in my direct experience even the women that present the most compassionate will either use it against you in the future or subconsciously lose respect for you.
