Do you say anything to them at all? Even something as simple as “ how is your day going?” It may sound simple, but once you get used to starting conversations with women, you won’t really think too hard about what to say next. It doesn’t even have to be women you’re attracted to, kinda strike up a conversation to get used to talking about topics off the top of your head. Like an improv it’ll get easier over time.

I used to be quite reserved too. I realized I had to step out of my comfort zone to really make a change. It can be scary at first, but trust me it’ll get better.
