9	My female boss bashes me. I have the exact same problem. I deal with it by working harder than my co workers with military precision. I provide no emotional support for my boss. If she looks my way I gaze past her and continue with my work. If we have to discuss something then it is straight to the point, i try to answer with only yes or no as much as possible.
