One of us won Glamour magazines "Woman of the Year" award a few years back. Recently one of us became the first woman to ever become a 4-star General in the US military. So there's that.

My Dad wouldn't let my 17 year old sister come home after she ran away and got pregnant. He made it clear that he would not be raising her baby or supporting her and the baby financially, even though he could easily afford it. She gave birth in one of the dozen women's shelters in our city and gave the child up for adoption. The child went to a wonderful family who already had one adopted son. Both of their children are on track to graduate highschool and continue on to university. My sister con…

Aren't rooms usually based on double occupancy? Do you end up paying more for solo occupancy? I'd definitely want a room with a balcony.

Correct, Kara Hultgreen, the first female F-14 pilot died after crashing her Tomcat while learning how to land on an aircraft carrier.

Had 3 electrical apprentices installing ballasts, grow lights, and wire conduit at the greenhouse I work at last spring. 2 males and one woke dyke feminist. I watched them work for 3 days and it was painful. The 2 guys did all the hard work, she literally wasn't strong enough to drill the self trappers into the steel trusses. Guys moved the ladders, installed the conduit, pulled wire. Their boss showed up to find her job holding the ladder while 1 guy held the heavy ballasts in place while the o…

I was a 5'8, 140 lbs 17 year old when I spent a summer doing solar panel roofs. I realized on day 1 that I had no idea how to move and set up a 24' extension ladder safely. I clearly remember thinking, there's no way I can stop the momentum of this extended ladder if it starts swaying. Watched a 22 year old electrical apprentice who wasn't much bigger than me do it effortlessly, so I asked him to show me the proper technique. At no point during the day did I think "fuck it, I'll just stick my he…

A grown man who refuses to work full-time or learn marketable skills so that he can play video games in his childhood bedroom while his parents foot the bill for his living expenses is a prime example of why people confuse MGTOW with incels.

regardless of the means. In this case the means are provided by someone other than himself. I don't understand how any man can say he's gone his own way while simultaneously being financially dependent on someone other than himself. Isn't that one of our main criticisms of women? Give OP a vagina and replace his parents with a husband and he's everything we hate about women.

Can't really call yourself MGTOW if you're still dependent on your parents. 20k won't last long.

You got the source for that statist? Only asking so I can defend it when I bring up this point in discussion.

How do you explain the Canadian vaccination system I went through? It's entirely covered by socialized health care. More anecdotal evidence, I'm mid 30's now and have always been fit as a fiddle. Same goes for all my former hockey and soccer team mates, all of whom were vaccinated.

I'm 32, my sister is 31. Last year my Dad gave me a car (blue book of 11k) because he felt guilty about how much money he's given my sister over the years just to keep her out of living in poverty. The only thing I've asked of him since I was 19 was a co-signature on a LOC when I was 21.

If I remembers correctly he (was) a freshman lineman on the school's football team and she played some high school rugby.

Good luck man! You are about to learn the true value of money. When I was around your age, 10 years ago, I received a 30k inheritance. Bought a used car, and some furniture. The rest was gone in a couple of months. The lesson was priceless. I highly recommend following the advice of others and starting a thread over in r/personalfinance

I would bet my left arm that male on female violence is no less prevalent in Texas, on a per capita basis, than anywhere else in the world. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it where more prevalent. Violent crimes, specifically male on female violent crimes like rape and domestic abuse are statistically higher in the American Bible belt than the rest of the country, and certainly Canada.

Confirmation bias in regard to your experience of having been raised in Texas

Sounds like confirmation bias to me. I'm from Canada and have never witnessed male on female violence, but I'm under no illusion that it is less prevalent in Canada than Australia. I'd also consider the subreddit you're commenting in.

What does being from Texas have to do with it? Are people from Texas morally superior than the rest of us? Is there less male on female domestic violence in Texas? Are women from Texas allowed to beat the shit out of men unchecked?

effortlessly easy That's reiteratingly redundant.
