Battery is the actual physical contact/harm to another. As an attorney, I can almost guarantee this is not the case. Lawyers DO NOT look out for other lawyers like this, if ever. And certainly judges don't either. It's because assholes like her make our jobs more difficult. But beyond that, she is a headline.
