28	I'm never going to break my misogyny I second the advice to stay away from women for the moment, with one exception: older women you're not attracted to, preferably with some interest in common. Go volunteer at the food bank or homeless shelter or something and find a woman you can talk to without resenting so you can start seeing them as people. It may be that medication could help you, or exercise, or meditation, or being outdoors, or adopting pets, or finding a place to volunteer where you feel both needed and important — there are a lot of things to try, and a counselor really can help you.
