A) if you don't give us some idea of where you're at (at least country/state) nobody knows how to recommend any legal advice) and B) find a sympathetic tv station to tell your story to. If the da only cares about if he's perceived to be tough on crime, he'll care if the media thinks he is overzealously going after innocent men when a tv camera gets shoved in his face.

I second the bowling alley. Find a good men's league, find a few buddies and sign up. The great thing about bowling, other than the drinking and comraderie, is that the handicap system means you don't have to be any good to still enjoy playing.
