I got a job as a cashier, and I try to greet each person differently without having a "set up" line that I use. Teaches me to be spontaneous. One thing you could do is guess all the questions. For example: "There's no way you're from here. You're so tan, you must be from place." - lame example, but you get the point. Don't interview her. Be creative and don't be afraid to sound a little stupid.
