I think you're also forgetting that sometimes the abuse isnt neccesarily physical. The almost impossible to prove or disprove 'he was mentally abusive' angle is often taken. Ive also known people say they were 'afraid' that due to their sig others mental issues/emotional abuse, that he could or would hit them given the right circumstances. yeah, although it's often cited as a 'negative', STEM fields are great because they're still very male dominated. The women that are involved are usually very intelligent and very hard working and devoted to the task, and I find theyre a cut above the rest. Theyre also far less attractive on average, but you can read into that however you want

for what it's worth I definitely believe it. I was lucky to not have experienced too much of it, but my involvement in other fields and seeing the general consensus of faculty (coerced or not) was pretty damning. You really cannot go against the narrative unless youre tenured and that is definitely true. Even in hard sciences you cant express your views if they deviate too much from the norm. It's crazy out there

This saddens me because I had history as my other, easier major (figured why not, might as well), and some of the profs I had were major red pilled dudes who taught some badass courses. This was in a top university in the US btw. Anyhow, they were all up there in age and likely to retire sooner rather than later and it makes me wonder what the next line of professors will be like...and it doesn't sound good :(

back when I was abusing a lot of drugs and hopelessly mentally ill, I experienced codependency with an equally destructive person. It's pretty scary looking back on it. If someone has severe mental issues (that need diagnosing and treatment), they tend to rely on someone, especially a woman, as a means of validation and strength. Based on my regrettable personal expriences I see differences between actual betas and mentally compromised, in need of help ones. The latter are more dangerous..

something similar happened to me recently and I just decided to preempt everything and cut off mutual friends we both had that would be skewed to her side. I just saw what was coming and knew they'd buy her story over mine (for various reasons). If that's not the case, they can decide to contact me but i'm not going to engage in a shitstorm i cant win

Yeah, I have a few close friends that are woman, but usually it makes sense as to why. not sure about mrm, but I think Sweden has a lot more dissidents to their current policies than we sometimes think. The immigration issue is more contested but you just don't hear about it in media sources. One of their parties that is staunchly anti immigration is gaining traction and that says a lot. Again, I know that's not a MRM issue, but it kind of goes along with how people are sick of their naive, misguided liberal govenrment that seems to make endless amounts of poor decisions.
