State the importance of having a male role model inside a family.

This may actually lead to companies hiring less female employees. It's counter-productive to hire someone that can skip work and get paid for it once a month. Adding maternity leaves and the repercussions of #MeToo on the job market, this regressive rhetoric limits further the chances of any company considering hiring the 'fairer' sex.

Even if child labor is more painful, what irritates me in these pain Olympics that women partake is when they state that child labor is just as dangerous as going to war..

Who would take him seriously? Did you see the media's take on this incident? They presented like it was something to laugh about..Sure they charged her with malicious destruction of equipment but assaulting a male? They are just gonna laugh it off. If the genders were reversed though, they would charge him with every possible crime in no time.

It's really funny seeing all the conflicting ideas that emerge from feminism. I mean it's both feminist to support liberalization of women but at the same time endorse the freedom of choice in regards to external appearance. Despite that often the latter may undermine the first. Just goes to show how much of a flawed ideology feminism is and when it's done with degrading men to second-class citizens, the feminists are gonna start tearing each other apart.

It's better to suffer in silence than regretting talking to someone later.

I respect your decision but by the time you commit to someone it's safe to say that you are no longer MGTOW. Simple as that.

Is it really necessary to flood r/MGTOW with PSAs? I get the message they are trying to spread, but seeing half of the posts in the first page( some of them being reposts) being PSAs it kinda debases the original message they are try to deliver. In my opinion, the message becomes banal and the sheer numbers of these posts exhibits an unhealthy obsession with wymyn. We need these PSAs in respectable numbers, but what we are desperately in need of content about how it is to be a MGTOW.

I dont see how pointing out female flaws and gynocentric acts by said females is PC. The problem is the frequency of pointing out those. Because if keep this at a constant pace, then we inadvertently become gynocentric ourselves. We still give them attention that they don't deserve, despite preaching otherwise.

Last book I read was Homo Deus, very interesting read for anyone wondering where our society is heading towards with the advent of technology. I play keyboard as a musical instrument, frequently search for songs in youtube with midi format downloadable, so I can just upload them in my keyboard and then learn to play them step by step. I would like to start martial arts soon and a new language(probably Chinese) though my job doesn't have a standard schedule so finding some time for these will be …

We need some of these stories now and then, to remind us why we became MGTOWs in the first place. But I agree with you that at a certain point, they just muddy the water.

I realize that we need these stories to remind ourselves why we became MGTOW in the first place. But our intent shouldn't be out of hatred for women but rather self-improvement for ourselves. Unwillingly and in a quite ironical way, this sub has the tendency to become gynocentric because of this 'hateful' obsession around women. We should focus on the MGTOW lifestyle, showcase its pros and cons(try to manage the latter) and be less judgmental about everything outside it. If we are really about g…

Don't give the attention they crave for. The best answer for these kind of people is simply to ignore them.

It's depressing to think that there might be someone out there who has achieved that level of cuckoldry..

As Greek, I should add that those who lay their eyes for the first time at the sun(symbolizing the pure, raw truth of things, not the false fire which represents the false truth) are blinded by it. Instead, in this allegory the desmotes/prisoners who break free of their bonds take quick glances and thus are able to see the sun's bright light.. It shows that the path to absolute truth should be gradual, not impetuous and hasty.

Heya all! Actually I found out about this movement about a week ago. I was stunned when I saw that there were many who followed this path, against all social norms which preach about marriage and a "happily ever after with your fated other half". My belief was since I was 16 years old (now 22) that I should seek happiness. And obviously happiness didn't mean restricting yourself, your ambitions, your goals, your dreams for settling down and having kids. Of course, I don't disregard, neither harb…
