Look into buying 5HTP, it's the stuff your body uses to create serotonin, and serotonin is used to create testosterone. I think you can guess what testosterone does to your body. Bonus: it's not found in foods that you eat. Promotes good mood. I havent had "an episode" since i started taking it.
