You think all women have the same perspective? That’s fascinating.

Pointing out that there is a bias toward tall men is one thing. But telling average/short men that they’re doomed and no woman will every find them attractive, and if a woman is interested it’s just Beta Bucks and she’s secretly repulsed, and that these are all supposedly universal truths, is just hurting people and sending them into a downward spiral

At some points I think it definitely turns into a form of digital self harm, like Contrapoints said
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 06:28 PM

Could it be that different women have different perspectives?

A lot of people exaggerate how strict height preferences are. Any dude who is 5’9” or above in the US should chill out about the height thing. One of the most sought after dudes in my masters program was 5’10”. So while height may not be helping much at that range, it’s also not a big detriment either—other factors are the key. Once you get to 5’8” and under I think it can be difficult. But again, it depends where you live. I know several guys who are 5’6” or under who did just fine but they all…

Height does matter to a lot of women, but I think this sub still exaggerates it’s importance. Also where you live can make a difference, even just within different parts of the US

Who does the Apex fallacy relate to in this context if not hot men?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 05:07 PM

There are a lot more old dudes trying to date women in their 20s than young women trying to date 50+ year olds, unless you’re just trying to find a sugar baby in which case that won’t be too hard if you’ve got $$$

Yikes I hear that surgery sucks!
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 04:49 PM

So men are irrational in your view and get and stay married for no reason? And women don’t like having sex and just use it to land the richest man possible? Interesting world view lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 04:48 PM

Only hot guys want casual sex? I don’t think so
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 04:35 PM

I’m not following at all. What does “having to fuck him” mean in this context and how does it relate to what the other user said

I think the disagreement on that usually has to do with being honest. Some of the guys on here seem to think lying is ok to facilitate spinning plates

I agree that these are two different things. A person can have any combination of the two

If the sole tenant of the red pill were that women (like men) are shallow to varying degree then there would be nothing to debate. Is that really what the red pill says though?

This paradigm would probably result in fewer dates. If you’re on the fence about whether to say yes to a date, having to pay for what could easily be an unpleasant experience might put you off enough to say no. But maybe that’s a good thing that would result in fewer but better quality dates. I dunno.

I’m in my ideal relationship now. We’re engaged. My ideal partner is emotionally intelligent, an excellent communicator, very smart, kind and compassionate, has values/politics that align with me, sexually dominant (regardless of gender), wants an egalitarian relationship (outside the bedroom ;-) ), is highly self-motivated, is totally crazy about me. His personality and values are what clinched it for me. I thought he was cute enough, but he became super attractive to me as we got closer. Compa…

Yes I’ve asked out dudes in my 20s (or explicitly told them I liked them). But I don’t cold approach randos, to be clear.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 11:21 PM

Nonsense
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 10:31 PM

Or if you’re friends already. I think that’s pretty common.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/22 10:28 PM

Lol if you say so. I asked a guy out for the first time as a teenager. Called the boy on the phone, asked if he wanted to go on a date. So brave, I know.

This advice will help you keep a toxic and terrible girlfriend but will scare away a girlfriend who actually wants a healthy and mutually supportive relationship

Depends what you count as a separate position, but a few others that come to mind include: Reverse cowgirl; On side; Standing up

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
