I think it was a false positive, wound up moving on and continued dating, never was an issue after that because when I said I might have it, most people didn't care but I never seemed to transmit it. Getting married in Spring.

I'd wager that men are intimidated by you because you're attractive, not unattractive. A long time ago, I was hooking up with a girl who had your same look, same skin tone, same body, etc. You're not the same because you two are black, I'm simply drawing a comparison. I'd rank her, and you, as one of the top most attractive women I've been with/seen. She was really into me but I was too insecure at the time. I thought, "there's no way that a girl this attractive could be that in to me, something…

reaches out hand to grab hers while walking home "I don't hold hands in public / I don't like public displays of affection." Threw me off cause I have never heard it before. My only response was, "Well you're in luck, nobody's around here!" cause it was true. She just shook her head smiling and says she doesn't do that, so I just stopped. Could be legit how she feels but curious to see if anyone else has gotten that before. Date seemed to go well but in hindsight she had asked me out with the in…

Your instincts are sound, and good on ya for wanting to interact with him directly instead of through social media (less superficial that way)! Best I can think of is writing your number down on a piece of paper, handing it to him on your lunch break, and maintaining eye contact with a big smile on your face saying, "You forgot your number, don't lose this one :)" then break eye contact and walk away like a boss. Best done heading back into work so you have a sense of urgency and false time cons…

How weird is it that all 3 times I've watched Old Boy it lead to sex? And that's AFTER the whole movie, big reveal at the end and all. Wonder what that says about me and the girls I hook up with. Anyway, this dude speaks the truth but since you mentioned that you're going out to eat with her, start touching her lightly on and off before you even get to her place. If there's already established chemistry, you can hold hands with her on the way to the restaurant. Otherwise, if you're a bit nervous…

How often do you guys fap to porn? I also have the same experience as you two but heard there is a connection with fapping to porn and difficulty forming relationships. Part of me also wants to say the connection feels stronger from initiating first contact outside of social media and dating sites, but that's not true cause most of my relationships start that way and I still lose interest, if I even ever had any.

A woman who can flip her hair with a sly smile and out squat the bro mode bros at the gym. Also, being invested in the conversation - this means no whipping out the cell phone unless it's to exchange contact info. The girls who stand out to me sitting down at the bar are the ones who arch their backs so their chests pop out (doesn't matter the size of the bust, it's sexy confidence) and slightly wiggle their hips side to side to push their ass out just a little more when adjusting their sitting …

Haters gonna hate, your post was exactly what I was looking for. Going to try a data driven approach. Moving to Japan and starting a new chapter, this is going to be fun (cause I like fit Asian women, too).

Briefly mention yours with room for her to ask questions (if electrician, say you wield the elements), and ask her about her job instead. In other words, listen more, talk less. :) Edit: oh, you're a rocket scientist, clearly not an electrician. Well, I'm not giving an answer for that cause you're a rocket scientist, you figure it out! ;)

It's not what you say it's how you say it. If you're sexy (not looking, appealing), then women will want to fuck you regardless if they're your coworker or married. If your creepy af, just asking them what they did last weekend could be harassment.

As an American, I am so, so tempted to go to the UK and try picking up girls with simple stuff like "Hi you're cute." If she tells me in a hot British accent, "Fuck off, love" I'd be like, "OMG that's awesome, please swear at me more, American girls are too chicken shit to speak their mind!"

With all due respect, never in my life have I ever heard anyone use "test drive" to mean test driving marriage or living together. Every time I have ever heard it used, it has been consistently referred to as sex. Everyone in this thread is now dumber for having read your post. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I just realized I'm the guy in this same situation. The thing is, I'm CRAZY about her and have been ever since I first laid eyes on her and heard her voice. But getting involved with co-workers has. Never. Worked in the past. I really really really really like her, both as a person, sexually, and intimately, but I am not willing to risk office awkwardness even for the chance of happiness... Seems kind of dumb, I'm tempted to ask her out today over the holiday break because despite it all, I lite…

Understood, a valid point, as I believe anyone making dating decisions based around test driving only would be sorely disappointed (myself included). There are many other factors that are equally, if not, more important than test driving, but NOT test driving would be silly. Compare it to the full analogy: if I bought that Jaguar that I just test drove, I would eventually find out the hard way that it had changed owners SEVERAL times, was recalled twice, and was missing all of its service paper …

Several women have told me they test drive before buying and would never consider dating a guy without doing so. I don't blame them cause I genuinely feel that way as well. This is only speculation, but I think anyone who says otherwise is only lying to themselves--how can you fight thousands of years of evolution? Why don't we all go back to arranged marriages, that worked so well before when we put relationships before sex. You'd be surprised how capable your brain is at lobotomizing your fron…

Yeah, totally agree, I think he meant talk to other people at the bar including girls, not being afraid to smile and hold eye contact out of the fear that you might hurt your girl's feelings (and if not, that's what it should mean). Like interviewing for a job, don't act like a dozen other companies are willing to hire you, it's not an attractive quality unless the company is desperate, but don't act like you're putting all of your eggs in one basket because that's equally unnatractive on the op…

I read you loud and clear. Yes, you're not alone. Humans have six needs (courtesy Tony Robbins, say what you want): 1) Certainty 2) Uncertainty 3) Sense of importance/significance 4) Connection and love 5) Growth 6) Giving Sounds like you've managed to accomplish at least 1 - 3 & 5, possibly 6 (I don't know you that well). You've made "connections," but where is the love? I think it's safe to say that at some point in the Game, we wanted to "improve ourselves," and it sounds like you're happy wi…

You can refer to something that happened back at [place you were at], such as, "I still can't believe that thief stole 40 pies, what was his problem? Did he get picked on by clowns when he was a kid?" (Only say that if someone stole 40 pies). You could also refer back to a conversation you guys had, like, "I've never met a hot dog farmer before, how do you know when they're ripe for picking?" (Only say that if you talked about hot dog farming, the idea is to talk about something silly you guys t…

Wow, thanks dude! I'm trying to keep it fun, I admittedly took it personal but I'm too used to hitting it and quitting it that I never stuck around and got this kind of communication practice. I'd like to change my attitude about relationships moving forward and bring my best self to the table, I'll work on cutting emotional investments in her teasing and fire back with a smile. I may be messaging you again in the future, stay cool my friend!

Replied story to MindsEvolve. Granted, she would have slept with me except right at that crucial moment, my conscious said, "By the way, Herpes."

Hmm... hadn't thought of that, I assumed she wanted a spanking/to be punished, but I'm not sure how to "fight back" without making it look like I'm emotionally affected by what she says.

Haha...alright, I may have walked into this one, but in response to her asking if I wanted to try some food for the first time, I said, "I'll try anything once! Except anal." She said, "I thought you were adventurous," and I said, "It's reserved for that special someone." She said, "Have you found him yet?" Dammit, I said, "Not yet but he's out there somewhere." And her last words, "That's the positivity that I like! Going to bed, good night!" Didn't feel like a victory. Also, I'm 28, she's 29, …

And asking a cute girl to do it for you, explaining that it's for your tinder profile, asked in the right confident way with a genuine smile/smirk and nonchalant, "make me look good" line could be a lot of fun! Sure to get a good laugh out of her and you can tell her to put her number in your phone before she hands it back to you :)

To each their own! Call me old fashioned. You may have a point there but I bet if I spontaneously met your match IRL before you set up a date, then you would have "met your match" before you ever had a chance to, so to speak 😛

Tl;dr go out and say hi to an attractive female and strike up a conversation because your big balls will make her wet, not a witty profile with pretty pictures and trust me, you really DON'T want a woman who is desperate enough to meet a guy she met online.

Did I strike a chord? This was a thought that crossed my mind sitting alone at a bar. I realized that I'd have more fun and have more confidence if surrounded by people I enjoy hanging out with and other people would see that enjoyment and want to join in because people enjoy other people who enjoy themselves, too. I thought out-loud. My point was to go out and have fun with your buds and if you don't have any, make some of those first. Read the book if you haven't already (in case you're confus…
