Holy shit. Rachel got busted with 5oz of pot and four ecstasy pills. They then coerced her into doing a sting to buy 1,500 ecstasy pills, 2 ounces of cocaine, and two handguns with $13,000 in cash. What the fuck were they thinking?!? You stole a car, but so you don't see prison, we need you to do a sting and try and purchase some anti-aircraft missiles.

I get your advice is to OP, but I think there's a bigger, societal problem when this advice needs to be given to 2.5 million men in the UK (according to the article).

It's a word for the men that get raped in prison No, no it's not. First Google result: A fuckboy is the worst kind of guy, or at least one who represents the worst trends of the present moment. and: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fuck+boy A person who is a weak ass pussy that ain't bout shit.

Bang-on. If the stigma for "growing vaginas", aka expressing feelings, can stop, men's voices might be heard, and we wouldn't have to fight such uphill battles for children and alimony.

I disagree. To me toxic masculinity is the perpetuated machismo of "man up, don't talk about your problems." that is a toxic lifestyle that gender norms perpetuate, and it is extremely damaging to men.

Jesus guys, chill. Realize we're all dealing with multiple perspectives on the definition of feminism and masculinity (and fluid for that matter..) With so many different opinions and sides of the arguments, these are some of the most poorly defined terms. I guarantee we all disagree on each of them to some degree, some of us to large degrees.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Though I'm not sure I'd jump from "doubt God's love" to Atheism. I think they're just trying to say that children that are abused may feel that God doesn't love them, not that God doesn't exist. Pedantic semantics.

But where is the evidence to say it was based on his sex? Declaring instances like this a Men's Rights issue only too easily works up to ammunition for the opposition because of it's weak base.
/r/MensRights07/01/15 11:35 PM

What's hard to say is did his gender motivate their overreaction? Did they feel extra threatened by his maleness? Exactly my point. There is no explicit indication that he was treated that way because of his sex. Is it possible or probable? Yes. But I have a hard time taking this instance as a Men's Rights Issue because it looks like we're trying to make a mountain out of a molehill for this case.

Jordan Bloom just covered a situation where a cultural studies PhD accused Trader Joe’s of being misogynistic because they played a Rolling Stones song. It’s not hard to see why this farce caught on in the feminist tweetosphere like a biological weapon’s payload; to look “cool”, you are in a constant arms race with your social justice brethren to be the most offended. My favorite pull from the article and the most absurd thing we're trying to counter.

APUA is probably seen as the smug 'neckbeards.' Still interpreted as low-value men, whatever validity or invalidity that holds.
/r/MensRights03/06/14 11:25 PM

Learning PUA is like going through high school. Or rather, its the "learning about dating" for those who missed it through their actual high school experience. Some people get it, get laid, and have a good time and learn a lot. Others find themselves socially or literally kicked-out. In the end, you either graduate or leave, looking down on the experience as a whole. "Uh... that's so high school" The people in the APUA camp are likely the ones that got kicked out, either from not getting it or h…

/r/seduction05/03/14 07:56 PM

Not mentioning it will only call more attention to it as your audience will jump to that conclusion whether you touch on it or not. It will be better to say 'hey, these guys wanted to get laid, and this is what happened next'
/r/seduction05/03/14 07:49 PM

It's the irony of the approach, really. 'I'm going to wear something that makes me look like how I feel about myself; mature and cool, with a sense of class.' Which, of course, what a well worn fedora will convey, but as an accessory. The hat itself does not send the message, and if worn on its own, unpaired with a sharp suit or a vest and slacks, it is seen as the opposite: immature, uncool, and unclassy.

Yeah, but most of these are rediculous for openers. I'd never want a girl to respond positively to most of these, just not my style and not for my kind of girl.
/r/seduction10/03/13 04:09 PM

Not an opener, but when with a girl you often have an opportunity to say "Sure," so instead of outright saying it, ill run this joke off quickly (best not to pause between lines) : Bert and Ernie are hangin out, Bert says to Ernie, 'Hey Ernie, you want some ice cream?' 'Sure, Bert!' (said in Ernie's voice). Edit: Sherbert guys. It's kind of like ice cream. Has never once failed to pull a laugh.

Definitely limit your texts until you're familiar with each other. Make them your means of getting together, it aligns with your intentions to spend time in person together. The consequence of texting her a lot puts you in a kind of friend zone where texting is all you are to her.

No, this does not exempt the cardinal rule of "DON'T STICK YOUR DICK IN CRAZY" Crazy will make a girl stalk you. Crazy will make a girl blow you out socially. Crazy will fuck with your friends if fucking with you doesn't work. Crazy is what makes false rape claims. Crazy has nothing to do with a relationship. DO NOT STICK YOUR DICK IN CRAZY.

This is waaay too sensatonalized of a video. Very little context, it's centered on only one woman's comments, and the editing is done in poor taste. I understand the message, and I support it, but this is not a good way to communicate it.

What you're describing has an instruction manual called Conquer Your Campus. While directed at college students, its applicable for all. Read it. Love it. A personal testimonial: I had never thrown a party that got more than a half dozen dudes to show up, which usually devolved into xbox gaming and getting stoned watching Planet Earth. After reading it, I managed to wrangle in a group of friends that loved to party and in my senior year I packed out my house 3 times with parties that I started. …

If 'acting alpha' feels so uncomfortable for you when a girl is interested in you, maybe 'acting' it isn't for you. You should either develop yourself to be more dominant and in control of who you are and your environment, or shed the idea of projecting yourself as alpha to attract women. You will have to live up to your projections if you want to keep a girl interested in you, no matter how you attract them. I'm not saying 'quit being alpha youre not good enough,' but to try to use something el…

Practice anticipating difficulty hearing something someone said. What you will want to do is either encourage them to speak louder, or bring them closer to you. Avoid, or be careful with, leaning into your speaker, as it is supplication. Another great strategy I employ is to immediately parrot what you think you heard, or embellishing what you think you heard. Almost always gets a laugh and cues them to repeat themselves without making them look bad.

I usually like the short, dumb jokes to share, but if I want to take more time and lord the group this is my favorite, ask each question and give em a chance to guess: How do you kill a blue elephant? ... With a blue elephant gun, of course. How do you kill a pink elephant? ... Well you'd think it would be a pink elephant gun, but really you just hold his trunk until he turns blue, then you shoot him with the blue elephant gun. How do you hide an elephant? ... Paint his toenails red and put him …

Great explanation, I didn't see it this way but I knew there was something about the community I couldn't put my finger on. I too am tired of the misguided flak that people spew to put this community down, but that's not without saying there are some valid critiques of the most whole scene.

My experience agrees. Another great tip that really boosts turnout and the overall value of the party is to set a theme. A redneck costume party I threw two years ago still gets brought up from time to time. Top 5 weekends of my life right there.

lol. I find it kind of annoying really that I need to befriend and 'game' dudes to attract women. I'm much more of a small-circle, deep-friends person, and expanding my network feels unnatural and is exhausting. And before I'm put in my place about how to play game, I'm just saying the above as a vent of frustration.

Yeah, when I can stay together with the group its a great time, but even in that event nearly everyone I know ends up being cliquey about the group. And by nearly everyone, I'm talking about multiple, separate, groups of friends I am part of. Most often this clique mentality is the reason I wander off. To add to that, the closest of my close friends are in relationships that seem to take priority as of late. Knowing what I know about game, and life in general, I know that the best things come to…

Odd message coming from this, but all I could gather was that he was role-reversed and she was not. Essentially it was two girls that were expecting the other to be the "man" on the date. Honestly though, when it comes to courting, and most especially a first date, the gender roles are a good thing. Having an expected social dynamic for these conditions creates a conducive environment for people to foster emotional bonding. Without these roles, you get the flavor of awkward moments that this vid…

I totally agree, good advice. So long as the bff is there, there won't be any intimacy or comfort building going on. I'm also thinking I might initiate friendzone while theres 3 of us, then switch games when isolation becomes possible. Disqualify disqualify disqualify!

Nothing clears out oneitis better than, ahem, sarging (I hate that term). Remind yourself of your abundance, and when you have the next opportunity to talk to this girl, she will feel that radiating from you. She will then find reason to let you know she's interested still.
/r/seduction13/09/11 01:33 AM

Excellent! My theory on why you lost her: buyer's remorse hit and/or she has a real thing against smoking. Especially when you bring it up right after a 10min kiss. Also, don't go so intensely on first kisses, make her work up to and earn that awesome 10min dance of tongues.
/r/seduction11/09/11 07:56 PM

Good post, I like it. But be careful, your friend might be right on "putting up" with her. Oneitis is a dangerous problem that can have you liking a girl that won't even be good for you, and honestly, from the way you describe her in this post has me wondering what you even like about this girl.

Go full caveman, yes, but don't give her the impression you need to keep pushing the envelope. As it's been said, two steps forward, one step back. From what you described in the OP it sounds like kino and escalation has been your focus with her and just waiting to make the next move. She will see through this, and then you're predictable. Just like any other guy.

This is a great question, and I'd have to say it was a build up for me, with some nights having bigger steps than others. What's unique about the CYC material is that it teaches you ways of creating your own group by way of activities, parties, and campus life. You learn how to become and maintain alpha status with the group and inspiring people to come to you whenever they want to have some fun. I never thought I was an attractive guy, but I have a hard time understanding what an attractive guy looks like (and I've tried). However, the more time I spent around girls the more I was told I was hot. I am about 6' and have long curly hair, so to be fair, they're probably right. My field experience tells me though, that this really really isn't necessary for success. Posture plays a stronger role in perceived physical attractiveness more than any features ever could. You know what, you're right. I did have to study and work at socializing with girls, and that means I'm not a true natural. However, my game got to the point where it isn't something I have to think about, and all my interactions are coming from me naturally. How I perform is indistinguishable from a true natural, and in some respects puts me better than a natural since I can understand what works and why it works.
