Hard disagree. When I get catcalled, I frankly rarely know whether the catcaller is attractive or not. a) attractiveness is about more than just looks, and catcalling itself is inherently unattractive to me, b) It's better not to look directly at catcallers because they might take it as an opening, or get pissed off at you for whatever reason because some catcallers are crazy. You generally keep your gaze straight ahead and keep moving, and act like you heard nothing through your earbuds. Are yo…

People can still be raped or violated, or otherwise have their boundaries crossed, by people they have lust for. It happens all the time. That is how situations can go from consensual to nonconsensual within a single encounter. Like really, is your argument, that if you have raw lust, you will enjoy anything that is done to you, automatically? If you are deeply attracted to a woman, and she tells you to take a cinderblock up your ass in public, will your raw lust for her "make you" do it, and wi…

Who says anyone has "no issues dating". Even rich and famous and beautiful people have issues dating, that's why there are high-end matchmakers. Nobody said "going to the grocery store will get you laid", but being a person who is able to go to the grocery store significantly improves your prospects over those of someone who can't. You're making the mistake that tons of people on this sub make, of thinking that what's being described when women answer your questions are "things that get you a gi…

Questions. a) Sally, a sexually adventurous woman, is deliberately depriving herself of sexual acts that she enjoys, even though her partner Billy would gladly engage in these acts with her. She is thus having a more vanilla and lackluster sex life than she prefers, and since she sees long-term potential in her relationship with Billy, she is condemning herself to worse sex for many years to come, if not forever. Is Sally saying "you are less attractive than my past partners, therefore I would a…

Thank you. I'm baffled by how much this sub decries misandry, while simultaneously embracing the wholly misandrist idea that men are these uniformly indiscriminate sex goblins with no emotional or intellectual considerations informing their choices when it comes to connecting with women. Honestly find a lot of redpill and "men do this, women do this" posts to be incredibly reductive and dehumanizing towards men.

Might it not be more valuable to watch female coaches? It seems counterintuitive to rely primarily on male advice to learn about what women want out of social interactions. Even lurking on female-oriented subs without inserting yourself into the conversation could probably give you a more accurate picture of the sorts of things women talk about and how they describe their own interests and desires. A lot of male coaches offer advice as though women are Final Bosses in a game and they can sell yo…

Is it possible that your standards of attractiveness may actually be lower for men than for women? For example, you list three qualities for men, and say that the men may have "at least a few" above average qualities, which would imply that they also have some NOT above average qualities. But the three descriptors of women seems to take each negative quality as a deciding factor in their attractiveness. So if a woman is "pretty in the face" but "out of shape", is she less attractive than a man w…

HAH I'll try to follow your compassionate example re: benefit of the doubt, but I think we might have some hologram female coworkers precursing the hologram girlfriends.

I'm really glad for you that you found your way to a healthy mindset and that you were fortunate enough to find a person who could help you get there. Without AT ALL putting blame or criticism on you or saying that you personally did anything wrong whatsoever, because you did not, I have to say that "I never fixed my insecurity but rather one woman who ignored my insecurity, fixed my insecurity by wanting me" actually bothers me, because people (and I don't only mean men) may cling to the idea o…

I'm curious about whether the women actually said "low value men"? This post has major "and then everyone clapped" energy to it.

All of these posts seem to follow a similar pattern: OP: Why is it so hard to meet women? :) A: Cultivate your social life, and meet new people through your friends? OP: NO. I have no friends. I live in far Antarctica where there are no other people, and no I will not move. NEXT. A: Expand your social circle by finding activities you enjoy where you can meet new people? OP: NO. I have social anxiety, and why should I pay for gas to get to the rec center when we have activities at home. NEXT. A: …
