Well nobody has actually gotten away with anything so we're just arguing hypotheticals. That said, has there been a similar case with the genders reversed to actually determine the actual sentence applied? You state that a male would get worse, do you know of a case where the situation was pretty much identical sans gender?

I was thinking the same thing, trying to imagine the Carol Burnett show done live in such a massive environment as a stadium. Would be a site to see. Could be pulled off of she was modern so much of her humor is in her facial expressions. You would need massive monitors throughout the stadium to pull it off.

No, his argument is that you are flat out wrong. You stated that lying carries a longer sentence then rape or murder.
