Day-to-day, a charming, fuckable man doesn't worry about if sex happens or not. He's focused on himself, his actions. He knows that sex will come to him as a result of the work he puts in. Over the long-term, perspective is required. How much do you want? Is this woman able to give you what you want? Would someone else be able to? Distinguish what you can control and what you can't.

Ah, so it's about me not carrying her shit for her? Ok this must be a shit test then! In any case, me carrying her stuff should be a gift, yet she comes here fully expecting me to serve her as some kind of bellboy - and getting pissed because I wasn't around to do it? The situation is obviously absurd; yet there's no way for me to express this without it sounding like I'm defending myself. So I just go with: me: "Well, if I was here then maybe you'd still have to carry it all by yourself" Your a…

What you have is a goal, not a mission. Mission is something to strive for continuously but with no end state (e.g. be a little bit better everyday). The mission is the foundation for your goals and acts as a compass. Are your goals and tasks in alignment with your vision for life? Your mission tells you that. It's okay to not have a mission for now and just be in the process of building one. But goals and your mission serve different purposes.

I was just mentally masturbating and consuming the content rather than being actionable with it. Which is more actionable: asking the class if the written homework assignment was helpful for them individually, or actually doing it and finding out for yourself?

I knew I was entering territory I didn't know how to navigate yet Your own language describes it so well. You lack the map (knowledge) to successfully navigate the terrain. There's consequences for diving in recklessly with low odds of success. STFU is the equivalent of not going into the jungle without the map, tools, and gear to ensure your ass makes it out alive. Control your impulse. It takes self-discipline.

I'm just not sure how to move past it. I don't know how to move from light casual conversation to "meet me for coffee?" or asking for a phone number for non platonic reasons. I could use some pointers here. My game improved in this area from doing the Demonic Confidence challenge. Spent a few weekends going to areas with lots of women and I practiced approaching and talking to women. The challenges were along the lines of: asking for the time, giving 10 compliments about clothing, giving 10 comp…

Thanks for the wake up call. You're 100% right. I got myself into this because I didn't side bar. I ordered Tactical Guide and Heartiste on Game V. 1. Starting over the whole MRP side bar too. What else can I read? I know I've also got work to do in order to get myself straight and start acting right. I know what I need to do, but the missing piece is having my actions reflect what I know. And of course, to read and learn about what I don't know. This will be a challenge, but I'm determined to p…

I see your point. I set whatever boundary I want, no matter what anyone thinks (WISNIFG). It's mine and I own it. I enforce that boundary by removing myself from a situation when that boundary is crossed, and that IS under my control. I recognize that I cannot control whether someone crosses the boundary or not, but I do control the boundary. I'm searching for the right balance for me. I don't want to create a situation where it's impossible for my boundary to be respected, but I do want to set …

On gaming, it's a good skill to talk to everyone like you're planning. Good way to warm up too. But your actual problem is approaching young, attractive women who you want to fuck. Bang and Day Bang have useful information. If your mental image of yourself is that you're a faggot, how do you think your subconscious is going to make you feel in the heat of the moment?

Thanks. This closely echoes my experience too. I felt the highest anxiety on the approaches when I had to ask a girl out for a date right away. After a few under my belt, it felt easier to cope with that surge of adrenaline. I was grateful for each approach because I had the opportunity to practice overcoming a fear. My issue for a long-time was my hair being too dry and frizzy. I fixed it by reducing my shampoo usage from every day to whenever it starts to look oily since the shampoo removes a lot of oil; it's been about once every 1-3 weeks this year. However, the time in between I'll wash my hair with conditioner and that has worked well to keep it smelling good and looking clean and moisturized. I also use conditioner again the same day if I workout or get really sweaty.

I agree with Futile on primarily only deloading when life interrupts your gym sessions--it's inevitable. I'll add that if you feel your joints are at their limit or extreme fatigue, ie you are pushing towards potential injury, then focus on recovery and take a few days off to reassess. BUT....you mentioned you weren't hitting full range in squats. That's not a deload. That's you doing the lift wrong and now realizing how weak you actually are.

In the sink case, I thought the boundary being violated was: pointing out my mistake in a shameful way. But, this what chicks do. A woman will use the hamster to attack your tone, body language, etc. instead of the actual point being made. And that's how I acted unfortunately. With that in mind, the reality is that my boundary was not crossed; I made a mistake and my ego rationalized it away. I will work on owning my mistake and not letting my ego rationalize it. I am initiating sex more frequently, but often without feeling too much desire myself. My initiations are therefore still weak. Why would you initiate something you don't want? I don't think shit tests are a covert contract, but you can have a covert contract about a shit test. E.g., if I pass this shit test, then she will have sex with me Shit tests gauge fitness. Also, women are de-facto nice guys so it shouldn't be surprising that they have their own covert contracts.

I had the same problem with deadlift progression due to grip strength since I was doing regular, overhand grip. I started doing isolated grip strength work on non-lift days. Athlean X has some grip programs but I found a mix of farmers carry and grippers was a good starting point and easy to do at home consistently. If your posterior chain strength is much further along than your grip strength, straps will allow you to continue while you work on getting your forearms/grip in order.

Yeah, those are fair questions and I can clarify. I meant that I wanted a woman who would give me children and be my partner and second in command in my family. As redmateus mentioned, a closer term for that would probably be life partner, LTR, whatever you want to call it. I'm not interested in the formal and legal aspect of it since that provides me no value. I already have an LTR so my goal is to preserve that if possible, ideally with the girl I currently have, but I understand that I don't …

I want to be a man who is able to chart my own path and doesn't just let life decide my direction. I highly value independence, autonomy, and self-reliance. I'm here because I failed in a lot of areas into maturing as a man who has his shit together. I'm here because I was tired of being weak. I'm here because this is the only spot I know of where some men have figured some important things out, and are willing to be honest and cut through the bullshit of why I'm weak and failed. I'm here to lea…

OYS 14 reading praxeology One night this past week, I found there was nothing for dinner. I did not prepare anything throughout the day. In the late afternoon, I received a call from my girl as I was about to leave for the gym after a busy day of work. I was asked what was for dinner and I said we had some food but that it needed to be prepared: washed, cut, and seasoned. I asked her if she would handle that. I immediately recognized a negative reaction--she probably did not want to do that. I a…

Thanks. Yeah, bench is probably the weakest of my lifts. Adding another day of chest would help since I have been hitting it only once a week the last few months. I haven't done chinups in a few months but my strict form pullup max is 15, so I would guess chinups might be in the 6-12 range. And I see chinups hit pecs/arms more than pullups and could be a valuable supplement to bumping that bench number. I'll add this to my program. Thanks for the suggestion on comfort tests. I'll experiment with…

Depends, but generally I exhibit my commitment to my girl by hugging, caressing, and reminding her that I'm here for her. That's what I did in this case as well. And I'm guessing your question is about my height, which is 5'6.

OYS 13 Started reading praxeology bench: 175, squat 280, dl 264, ohp 115, weight 150, Bf 14% The last few weeks, my workouts struggled as some of the lifts hit a plateau. I dropped the weight in the workouts to go ahead and actually complete them. I also spent the last few days away from my program. During this time, I watched some lifting videos, read blogs/posts, and performed accessories targeting my weak points (mid-shoulder, forearms, hips). This resulted in my last workout feeling strong. …

OYS 12 Reading 48LOP For a long time, I took the burden of handling the finances for my LTR and me. This was the covert contract: if I handle all the housing costs, bills, etc., then I will have a problem-free life. This was problematic and I worked on rooting this out by first asking for financial help with my girl. I sensed an initial surprise and anxiety, but I anchored it to my vision: I want to own my home, have a garden, dogs, and children. When I shared my vision, I felt the anxiety-level…

OYS 11 I kept revisiting my notes this week from NMMNG and WISNIFG. There's a lot of valuable things I keep finding when I go over. I went through my notes almost daily to help remind me of the basics . I made plans for the weekend: time with girl, and time with male friends. The time with the girl went well. I like this show a local group puts on monthly. I planned it out and brought her along. I had a great time and my girl told me she liked it too. Sex the last few weeks has increased in freq…

Thanks for your reply. You're right, my OYS post could better focused on what I actually did during the week instead of what's in my head. I'll remember that for next week's.

There was no intent for that other than to talk abo…

I think the estimate is 1 month for every year you've been a nice-guy before you reach the 'integrated man' goal which translates to 1-1.5 years for you. A mixture of patience along with every week finding something attainable to fix is necessary.

I've lacked a proper frame and without this I have been living in someone else's frame. I took time this past week to think about what mission/purpose is and read some old posts on finding that. you're right, i'm in someone's else's frame right now when I should be in my own I feel like hobbies is one path to developing frame. At the moment, I don'thave a clear answer for my purpose or mission other than, i'm trying to figure it out. I think 'explore things' is my mission at the moment. I've tried some new activities and am just trying to listen to what feels right. It's definitely a WIP for me
