Pro choice opens up the decision to any choice, which complicates everything. There are multiple far and wide reaching, relatable, reasonable reasons to choose to not carry a baby to term. A baby conceived of rape/sexual assault, a baby with known severe life-long and/or negatively life-altering abnormalities / disabilities, a baby brought into known starvation-level-poverty, to name a few. The baby is a boy isn't one of them.

Almost the same for "the pAtrIarCHy", a radical feminist theorised it and its somehow over the years been adopted as a ground truth retelling of history as more and more of the vocal minority latched onto the idea as it paints them into perpetual victimhood. Something bad is happening to you? Patriarchy. I did something bad? Only because the patriarchy made me do it. Total lack of personal responsibility.

It comes up relatively often with my wife because she's all "the patriarchy" and telling me I can't deny it exists. I don't deny there are patriarchal structures, but what she's referring to and I seep saying is poison is feminist patriarchal theory, and it's just that, a theory, but the western world seems to have just adopted one feminists take from a book as gospel and is retroactively calling it a truthful historical account. It's sickening.

Like most figures out there, I don't agree with everything he has to say, but he has said a lot that has helped me and I try not to take the rest too seriously. Take from him what you want, and leave the rest, the earlier stuff was better than how things have changed since people starting trying to cancel him - he's said a lot of things people don't want to hear, some I agree with, some I don't.

It's called patriarchal theory, and it falls apart under very little scrutiny. I won't deny that western society has had and still has some patriarchal elements to it, but the oversimplification that it's basically the way the world has always worked and still does, its sickening and a horrible thing to teach young men, or anyone for that matter.
