1	BBC doc about false rape accusation victims - 80 false accusations a week in the UK, 8% of total Any genuine rape victim would attend court, lose wages, receive hospital treatment, testify etc AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE irrespective of cost in order to obtain justice. There's not a chance ever that a financial reward would motivate a genuine victim to continue to prosecution.
