This is my struggle as well. My boyfriend says he loves my body currently but I know we would both enjoy it if I were to drop 25 pounds. I don't know why but I can't focus enough on diet to make some sustainable changes. I tried Iifym which isn't for me. I also tried whole 30, which helped me lose 5 pounds but I've gone off the track again.
