[edit: OP talking, BTW] I don't need your comfort; femRA will work for me when I'm accepting of my current sex. Men's rights do benefit everyone (not "men's rights are /for/ everyone" as the feminists would say it) because it seeks to allow men the rights and privileges that women are afforded. This subreddit is (usually) so much better in its rhetoric than most social issues groups, so I feel very welcome here as a man, and other groups would do well to follow such rhetoric instead of allowing …
