I'm not new to strength training, I just haven't done much of it the last two months. I'm in total agreement with TRP on the necessity of a heavy weights work out in a man's fitness routine. Swimming does not have the same psychological effect (though it has other very important benefits, like aerobic conditioning). No more zero days. Try to do at least one thing in the morning, every day to move ahead with your life. That's the purpose of setting new habits, like meditation and body-weight work…

I'll be coming back with damning evidence. It has been a while since I've tested, so I could be wrong. But this was the point of this post. Start however you are. Even if I'm delusional, I've certainly seen and felt a difference from weeks on end of not doing a thing. That's something that anyone can benefit from.

Well, you'd be wrong. But don't worry, I'll come back with evidence. It's a shame we're talking about me, instead of the purpose of the post which is to get people started. But whatever, making my point hopefully will motivate someone to get going

Just a caveat, what I suggest is, for those who are having trouble getting good habits going, start small and progress to a good routine. Do not skip the gym, but absolutely do some calisthenics at home to get going if you're still just sitting on your ass.

What the fuck do you do with a pill, you dumb fuck? As for the rest of your comment, the only way a bias against transgenderism is completely lax is if gender roles are completely nurture-based and not to do with genetics. To think that just because we know about hormone treatment and gender realignment surgery we are close to removing genetic-based gender roles is a leap in logic not based on reality. Genetic science is nowhere near even touching the idea that genetic gender roles can be manipu…

I mean, normality is relative. Eventually gender will probably be a much more fluid concept as technology blurs biological lines. So, in a sense I agree that we hold irrational biases about other genders and shit, biases that will eventually dissolve as they do in the face of all change. If you have swallowed the pill, then this runs directly against RP. If you have not, then get to it. Nothing can be further from the truth than thinking that gender roles are based on culture alone. A man that h…

But you can't help it if you are attracted to a man who went to lengths to look like a beautiful woman. Of course, if you then later find out he is actually a man, not a beautiful and charming woman, then of course it is discriminatory to turn him down, if transgenderism is normal and you already felt attraction. In other words, he is saying that turning a transgender away is like a woman turning away a guy because he is poor.

As it should be. Being enamored with firearms comes across as such a wannabe hardcore boy crap to me.

Hero worship is hardly ever advisable. If LeBron came out trans, I would just laugh my ass off for days.

A Harvard Study has actually shown us that meditation changes the physical wiring of your brain over a matter of only 3 weeks. The google searches I found talked about a change in 8 weeks, not 3.

Because some of us are men of principles. If I don't get to kill you because I feel like it, neither should you be able to kill anyone just because you feel like it.

I don't think you're getting enough credit for how profound that actually is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
