I wholeheartedly agree with one side note, do not depend on the other person to react positively to you. You never know what is on someone's mind. I'm a highly empathic person and talking to other people this much scares me because of how sensitive I am. But another part of spiritual growth is expanding your horizons!

You're a well accomplished man and in actuality you have a TON of value and a woman would be lucky to have you. But your mindset is making you unattractive and the assumption that you're a creep is holding you back. Women are so creepy and more sexualized than you and I. In addition many women receive attention from men so don't think you're one of the unusual creeps. At first it may feel that way because of your lack of experience but don't sweat it brother. Do Nofap for atleast 30 days... and …

It's alright, it doesn't matter. Just be certain that you will stay persistent till you get it right. The only unattractive thing you could do is apologize, ask her if it was unattractive, if you're a good kisser, or if she still likes you, or act awkward and uncertain. Chin up, soldier on.

Probably facial expressions or looking out of place if I'd guess.

From my perspective this seemed like she was challenging me to be direct.

Went with this. She replied "yea, should be" You're the man, brotha. I think what she was actually doing was testing me to see if I'd show intent though. This girl has looks but she's not that intelligent if I'm being honest here.. Edit: maybe my dumb ass game actually works because it's congruent to me. Lol.

Invited this girl to my yoga class. I'm just fucking around honestly and couldn't care less if she comes, this is practice. The conversation starts out: Her: what's up Me: hey trouble excited for Tuesday? Hope you're flexible! Her: trouble, I'm not no trouble. I'm not flexible. Me: That's a shame, I thought I had the right girl. That's alright you'll just make me look extra flexible. Her: lol that's embarrassing though Me: what embarassment? you'll be too busy staring at me Then the next message…

Ah.. that's a very helpful perspective. Embodying that idea will definitely help me on the moral side of things. I do want people to feel good, following this line of thinking I have more capabilities being slightly dishonest compared to being always honest because I'll be able to do more good and my words won't get as misconstrued or misinterpreted as pure honesty which does tend to hurt people including myself. Thank you!

Thank you so much, massive value from this post. Mainly I started believing my world is a playground, that girls want to fuck me, living in my own frame of reality.. It's helping me already to be less reactive to other people also through meditation. I've stopped kissing ass and people pleasing. I may come off as emotionally cold but I'm still polite. I'm not worried about people judging me. Also it seemed like my hair stylist and I seemed to get along much better comparaticely than I would've n…

My goal at this point in time is to make sure this theoretical frame work is atleast on the right track. I've had success with women my whole life until 2 years ago with a breakup that crushed my sense of self and confidence. At this point my goal is to rise from the ashes and be fucking unstoppable. There's a saying that goes "perfect practice makes perfect" In other words I'm not going to get anywhere if I'm practicing the wrong framework. Don't wanna go a long way, get there and find out I we…

I misread this and thought of imagined picturing a girl doing sexual gymnastics on a jungle gym as I talk to her to overcome my self doubt.

Happens to me too. Also happens when we look at something we find desireable, or if we are really aroused sympathetically. Also happens if I'm super anxious. But basically yeah, this is state.

Julian's pickup is the most fucking ridiculous but probably also the most fun. Just aggressively challenging, purposeful and self amused, breaking rapport, putting on tension then releasing it, and speaking in a very certain breaking rapport tonality, usually commanding. Has anyone actually tried this and had results with it? My natural style when I was in high school was basically Julian. If a girl wasn't paying attention.. "gosh, fucking racist" "what??" Girl looks towards me.. "Hi I'm factsma…

(breaking rapport calm tonality) Listen to me baby girl... (Command).. Do that for me.. it turns me on when you giggle like that. You're a good girl. You know what else daddy likes? ____ commit fully, speak slowly and calmly with some masculine charm in there for good measure. Do it, watch her reaction and calibrate. Actually you're better off starting a bit lighter, assess her reaction listen to how she responds and gradually pump it up.

Bro really appreciate you taking the time to explain this to me. It makes a lot more sense now. I had a couple more things I wanted to say/ask but I'm about to leave for work. One question I've had I've been embarrassed to ask for a while on here, but you seem like a chill dude, is it a bad thing that I consciously try to be good to people and find ways to make people feel good? Is it beta, submissive or does it mean people will take advantage of me more often? (I suspect the last one, maybe I j…

What's the purpose of shit talking? Fun, to make people take themselves less seriously? I'm wanting to know because whatever the frame is behind it will affect how I shit talk people. Almost positive some dudes at my work do that around me, trying to test me. I've suspected it for a while because it felt less like teasing and more like a confidence or dominance battle. Typically this kind of stuff I just ignore or laugh off, maybe say something joking in return, or treat it like a shit test and …

Been a while since Ive done that, Any rules of shit talking? I don't want to actually hurt someone, just have fun. Should I say things in a joking or sarcastic voice, and are there things you generally don't shit talk people on?

This is at work, oftentimes when I've got a good vibe going around me people will come to me to join in. Most people contribute to the vibe or conversation. But there are some at our work that just endlessly complain, sometimes they'll come up on our good vibe and start complaining about something making them mad. I don't complain at work and I think it's a lame thing to do. But I try to be sensitive to others are feeling so I don't call em out as they're complaining. Mostly I just ignore them w…

Nah, actually real shit I like that you're honest and that you make me think, I can be rude sometimes too. No worries bro.

Oh, the last sentence wasn't referring to our conversation, it was referring to the original topic. I got the judgy rude vibes from you in the beginning, I'm actually trying to be nicer now haha.

Man, I had a feeling I'd learn something from you.. people that irritate me inspire me to look deeper within myself. You're absolutely right man. Maybe you're not so bad after all. I really just want to be the star of the show, share the fun, and watch the vibe spread, and have everyone join in. I don't like when someone negative comes in. And my own values come into play when I think about it in the moment. Because in this conversation I'm about giving fun and this dude is about taking it away.

Thought you were here to contribute to the conversation man. Do you genuinely believe it's possible to be carefree by your definition?

Imagine you're having a fun conversation with 4 people and dbag comes in, hears the end of your story and just says in a half dead voice "that's weird", "are you serious", then starts complaining about something random. Is that someone you'd want to share your fun with? Or would you simply continue your story and pretend he didn't say anything?

My vibe and how I speak is positive carefree. Carefree doesn't actually mean you don't care about anything. To me it means you choose what you give a fuck about and don't. My thing is sharing fun and good vibes with people and helping them where I can and sharing good advice.

Besides your condescending and arrogant attitude, I like your honesty. You genuinely believe in what you're saying. I'll take it with a grain of salt because I definitely don't want to be like you.

Very happy to read your comment. I can relate to people thinking you're a bit weird with being so happy go lucky. Its funny to me, maybe they don't realize or haven't had the wake up call we have? Wish they did! The funny thing is successful people can be a bit "weird" to normal unconscious people. It's about what works for you and being real with yourself! And LOVE YO SELF. CAN I GET AN AMEN. Aye, love the journey brother. In your journey to get better with women you're gonna have ups and downs…

It's less about the voice, more about the state you're in. Don't force yourself to talk like that normally, recognize it's the sexual state she enjoys, the voice is a natural byproduct of that.

It works. Saw this video of this dude on YouTube named Brett Maverick who chewed a pack of gum a day for a week, not my kind of channel but It makes a pretty noticeable difference. I've noticed it did for me too but I just chew a lot of gum. My cheekbones used to be wider than my jaw, now they're about equal.

It's different for everybody. But yeah, occasionally I'll get anxiety and brain fog for a few days along with low mood and sex drive, then after a few days it goes away and is replaced by clarity, elevated mood and energy, increased pleasure from normal things, confidence, and a much sharper wit. However.. to counteract those few days try Wim Hof method. Destroys brain fog, anxiety, anger, frustration and guilt. Like pressing a reset button. It's also amazing for hangovers, pain, and will help y…

Thanks brotha! Hahaha yeah it's a bit worse in person. I just try to own it. Have tried Adderall in the past but it tweaked me out too much. Good deal, unfortunately I'm off the next couple days.. Looks like I'll be that guy on her radar too special for her to get to fuck then. Hahaha. Naah, I'll have to see what happens in a few days. You're suggesting a direct opener? I'll probably assume familiarity. Also big question here, in general with socially awkward situations like this what is the bes…

Haha nice bro that's my usual coping mechanism for awkward situations too, or when someone says something mean to me I just laugh because I'm super chill with people so it always registers to me as them joking or playing with me even when it's not. That's absolutely true man! Noone really cares that much.. but that's why it's even more important to be interesting otherwise people won't really care. Gotta ask you this, is it tough for you to maintain frame? When I speak my topics flow laterally (…

Learn mindfulness and concentration meditation. Liveanddare.com is my favorite website to learn. Actualized.org on YouTube is good too if you prefer videos. Some people like the apps like headspace. They're good to start with but you should transition to not needing them to meditate.

Definitely man, not just for game. For life. Lately I've been out of the game, just getting back into it but for regular interactions and life it does a few things: You use your mind instead of your mind using you. Think about that.. you can recognize when your mind is giving you bad intel or if it's just spitting negativity at you. And you can say "oh, that's just that part of my mind. Anyways, what's a more constructive way of thinking?" You can read people emotionally better and "feel in" to …

After lots of meditation this became the norm for me. When you speak you feel the energy behind your words, it's like your words radiate presence. It has a powerful effect, no doubt. This isn't frame control, but a state of being in which it'd be easier to maintain frame because there's nothing stopping you. Meditation has been helpful for EQ and social intelligence, and getting to be more in control of myself. Which is perfect for game, and life in general. You should try meditating. It took me…
