8	Vent. All solid advice here. I will add. Hard physical activity will do you good. It trains the body. Makes your hands "busy" and will improve your mental health. Maybe even some purification through pain. Hit a gym, run, bike, do push ups, sit ups, and sqauts. Anything to get your ass moving and disengage your brain. Have your tool guy (Snap-on, Matco, Mac) give you a written value of your tools. Most tools guys have done this before for guys getting divorced. It may cost you a few bucks, but it will be worth it.
