I'm no american but surely a single father in a similar situation to a woman who benefits from this could just take to the courts. Does this not count as a form of discrimination? A law that seems to abridge the right of a parent to look after their children even if sentenced to a felony? 1	Secret court jails father for sending son 21st birthday greeting on Facebook after he was gagged from naming him I don't really see this as a men's rights issue. More of a justice issue.
