if you enjoy the work you currently do, start there. Look in linkedin for jobs or others who do this job for guidance. if you dont like the job, think of transferring to something new. Saw this from google:https://www.careershifters.org/expert-advice/how-to-change-career-when-youve-no-idea-what-to-do-next Don't base your value on what a girl says about able to offer her. What did she offer you? Would she help you when you were in need, surely no. take it as a lesson and make a beautiful life ahe…

Dude this is absolutely normal. it's a temporary thing that will be fixed soon. See a therapist with expertise in grief/sexuality if you need to. Meanwhile take good supplements like Zinc/D3/B12/magnesium, work out, good nutrition and do things that make you happy. keep us posted how it goes.

Do get a paternity test as it will give you more clarity than being lost. Then make space from either of them as much as you can. Limit interactions to minimum and don't get drawn to their game.

Bro, make a templated message which can be sent to all with minor variation. You are not obligated to reply to those flirting similar to how some others don't reply to you. If you don't like it, delegate it to someone else and be free.

Bro, you have to be prepared for this in life. Only the ones who can betray you can betray you, meaning your enemy cannot because you expect them to hurt you. In this case you cared more for her and she manipulated your family against you. I had a similar situation as you and I am thinking they didn't ask you if it was true even before they did it. So leave them be. it's great that you are now back in Gym and starting new. Get a good therapist who can help you, a good one can make things much ea…

Bro, everyone gets scared, we just need to persist a few times and it will be gone for ever. Next time you feel scared, first understand it's an emotion trying to help you. Say thanks, be grateful and do it nevertheless. You can even add a prize for doing it. How much ever you messed it/think you messed it; you won. Next time it would be less scary, by 4th you will enjoy it.

Mate, realizing weaknesses and wanting to improve is the first step to being strong. We all start from different points, keep going forward and you will be stronger. I also don't think having some hobby to be more interesting (getting external validation) is not better than passionately following something you truly like without reason.

Mate, been there and feels like 90% of my story of my abuser. You need to make some tough decisions none of which is going to be easy but better in long term. She wont change so don't waste time hoping or wishing for it. From now on purely focus only on yourself. She has women support, family etc you seem to have none. List all you have friends, family, mens groups etc who can help you. Don't try fighting alone you need help/support get it. Record what she/her family tells and does. Plan smooth …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
