The system here in Nd. Is ridiculous. I have 4 kids and full custody for 3 years now. My ex is on felony probation for child abuse. And here we are 3 years later and they as in judge and lawyer let her carry one taking fo court. It’s absurd, I can’t afford my heat bill and they always want something.

Originally the opposing attorney wanted 10 years worth of bank records, all work Evals and personnel files. And 10 years of ALL medical and counseling records.

It was ordered after the opposing requested and I denied. It’s a long story 500+ filings. The divorce was signed a year ago. The judge reopened it when my x filed an ex parte to try to get custody of our littlest kids after my 13 year old son committed suicide. Interesting. My ex is claiming I’m her abuser. After going to jail for felony child abuse and a 13 yea old son commuting suicide. There are many reports from doctors filed that day she is a danger to our kids yet I’m still going to court 3 years later. I really don’t care about the HIPPA i would have signed if asked for treatment records. But all Counsling records? HIPPA only protects the information with the first to receive them.
