I mean she told me she fell in love with me the first night we met and the last night we hung out we were laying together and she said “I love you” and it caught me off guard and I didn’t say anything because that’s intense. So if anything I felt bad about that a little bit. Maybe just wanted to let her know I still appreciate and like her a lot even if I’m not ready to say those words

And to clarify she did say she wanted to me in a relationship with me, and if I recall correctly I asked if she meant being exclusive and she said yes, granted we were both drinking quite a bit. But I asked her again in the morning if she remembered saying that stuff and she says “yes we’re together right? We’re together right?”

No dude you are straight up wrong, looks will not do all the work for you. Girls almost never do “all the work” regardless of how good looking you are, they still make you do the work they but they will likely be a lot more open to the idea of getting with you if you look good, it’s an advantage but it isn’t everything.
