Frankly IBS is the biggest problem of my life and had been for 10 years, It dictates what I eat where I go and even quit my last Job due to it. I am gonna try food combining but also I am pretty sure by now IBS has a psychological side to it too . And yes meditation has been suggested to me too and that would be my next step, hopefully that helps. if I can get rid of my IBS that probably solves 50% of my problems . Fourth is fitness. God damn do I love the way a nasty set makes me feel afterwards. Fair enough, I think mgtow isn't just about mgtow but also about all those things combined and I do think these things have effected in people getting to mgtow for example it's not just you can't rely on then but also it's the one sided law that women can divorce rape you . I do believe going back couple decades women were certainly better ?
