6	Want to leave social media I won't make my own separate comment, because u/dragonbeard91 summed it up pretty well. When I was in a bad relationship (and during 2020) I deleted all social media for 6 months and it made everything easier to deal with from a mindset standpoint. I got back on IG, but made a rule not to follow anyone but friends (close friends), sports team accounts, and hobby accounts. It's fine, but I still consider deleting it regularly.
