8	Should DNA testing be mandatory at birth Absolutely, I don't understand how some women can seriously pretend that the child is their husbands/partners and if the child truly is the fathers then why be afraid of a test? Honesty and Truth are key points, that's all I can say. Once heard the quote : „ Trust is good, control is better". In this situation, definitely acquirable. 1	Mens mental health ( women's view) I am sorry you live in such a depressing environment, but that's not the reality for many men, at least here in europe, we have family values here and don't see our own brothers as "creepy" or whatever some might call their own brother. Same goes for husbands and fathers here. Sure there are exceptions and of course some of the men suffer here from loneliness and disrespect too. Think about it, we women have to look great, cook and clean, be all maked up and womanly, be gentle and thin at all times, never give an attitude, be good with children and vice-versa. 1	If a drunk man has sex with a sober women, then can he claim rape? Yes. At all times when someone is drunk or under other substances and the other one is sober and they start to engage in sex it is no longer fully consential.
