-1	Objectivity: Who has it worse in the west: men or women? Men never have to get pregnant. With that biological difference there's pretty much no comparison. What, are you going to pay a woman equal to a man, but she still has to carry a baby for 9 months (or the human race would die)? It's a hefty burden.
