I’m usually upfront about things that I live with family or refer to them as roommates. I mean they’re technically both. If they’re cool they don’t care and are just down to have some fun. I also do this I’m 37, pay half the bills, assist my mom or her husband with some things they’re older 60/80 he had a stroke and a heart attack this year. Thank you for the kind words! Depression is very intense and definitely makes you feel weak and alone on top of that feeling unattractive it multiplies that feeling. Difference is massive now I feel lighter and my thoughts are clearer and I don’t think as many negative thoughts as I did when I felt depressed.
