Wow. Whatever happened to free speech? I didn't read the father's posts, but unless he threatened to bomb/ kill somebody, or libel them, I can't see how they can use the courts to shut him up. Doesn't seem very American, does it? Further, leaving a victim without a form of redress doesn't seem very American either.

You could look at it this way. Or you could see them as looking at more than one dimension of an entire person (looks being one, personality the other) and then finding the max, cumulative value. It's a little like D&D. Of course, the number and types of dimensions are for each of us to choose.
