6	Porn Addiction Replacement Personally, I’ve just focused on slowly gravitating away from it. Don’t watch it anymore, and I currently have no girlfriend, haven’t for almost six years now. Outside of ‘needs’ and such, I don’t think it’s good for you. My suggestion is maybe focus on quitting for now.
