I’ve had a different experience with this. I’m 38. I’ve lifted regularly since 12 or so and been fairly serious about it my whole life. It’s my thing. A few years ago I was 220 lbs or so at 5’11”. Strong (3/4/5-ish plates on b/s/d). I was also a little fluffy. Not fat, but couldn’t see abs. Maybe low 20s on bodyfat. Most people were surprised when they found out I lifted regularly. I lost 40 or so lbs. Got a nice six pack. Went from a size XL shirt to a size L. Starting seeing veins everywhere L…

Fucking same same. At 175 lbs in my early 30s my bsd was 365/435/545. Strong as fuck but in a tshirt I didn’t even look like I lifted. “You work out?” Ugh, just kick me in the nuts. Weight and size matters. Period. No one gives a fuck how much you lift. You don’t start getting looks until you have mass. I went the gear route though. Wish I had done it sooner. Natty is such a waste of time.

Female oral contraceptives are fucking poison. My wife was batshit crazy while on them. Literally screaming and sobbing at the same time while she’s telling me “I have no idea why I’m like this.” She was on ortho-tri cyclen. The main ingredient (actually metabolite since the primary compound is a pro-drug) in this stuff is 17 beta deacetylnorgestimate. Compare that metabolite with nandrolone (aka deca for the steroid users or 19-nor testosterone for the chemists). The molecules are almost identi…

You don’t say what country you’re in or what your insurance situation is. In the US and on insurance, I pay $5 to get blood drawn, $0 for the test, and a $30 copay for the follow up. It’s dirt ass cheap. $700 seems insane to me. Do you not have a GP or family doctor? Everything should go through them. If you don’t have one, get one. You should be getting yearly blood work. This should include a complete blood count, metabolic panel, thyroid panel, hormone panel (total test, free test, e2, LH, an…

It’s easy. You make time for what’s important to you. Arnold already said it best: “you can have results or excuses, but not both.” It’s easy to see which path most guys pick here.

Literally had this conversation this morning laying in bed before church. Her: You only want me for sex. Me: Mostly. Your cooking isn’t bad either. Her: (playful slap) and a “whatever”. That’s it. Whole conversation. Be playful. Don’t be ashamed of being a man that enjoys sex. Don’t be ashamed of having a high sex drive. No need to explain. No need to DEER. Women WANT a guy with a high sex drive. They don’t want a limp dick DEERing pussy that is ashamed of his desires. As for WISNIFG, I can’t of…

When my son was 3 or so he went through a phase. He’s ask for something in the store then throw a huge tantrum when I said no. The first few times he did that I spanked him. Right there in the store. Hard. I was embarrassed that my child was acting like a crazy person in public. I raised him right and give him everything he could ever want. He “owes me” obedience. I threatened him and yelled at him. I tried to explain how we can’t get a toy or candy every time we go to the store. None of that wo…

You mean he didn’t think through his married woman gives him her number on a napkin story? How does that work? Married woman gives man her number. Couple of days later her phone buzzes while she’s eating dinner with her husband and she tells him “don’t worry honey, that’s some dude that I hooked up with on my work trip, finish your potatoes.” People having affairs don’t use their real number. You keep that shit locked down. You never know what kind of crazy you give it to. Kik, snap, telegram. I…
