Lean. Being lean also affects the way your face looks. You might have good bone structure but at 15-20% even it is covered up by fat. Of course part of that is due to genetics. My face doesn’t start looking good and lean until sub 15

My hair experience on YouTube. He sells high quality systems at a decent price and teaches you how to do all of the installation and upkeep on your own to keep it relatively cheap. Sure, I could shave my head and still look decent, I’ve done it. Could pull it off. But I look that much better with hair. I’m trying to maximize my sex appeal, and I enjoy having hair on my head. I look and feel better with hair, so this is the route for me.

I doubt you’ll get any helpful replies here. Instead of “shave it off and add 20 pounds of muscle bro”... look into hair replacement systems. Check out my hair experience on YouTube. Know that when it’s too far gone there is a very viable solution that will raise your appearance by 2+ points

Genuinely sorry bro. Do all of those things. The lifting, money, improvement etc. for you because it will make you more complete and feel better. One thing I would recommend looking into is elevator shoes and/or lifts. Could get 3-4 inches to go out and game girls. I know that’s not an ideal solution but it’s there

We’re very much coming from the same place brother. The advice here to lift is accurate. Incorporating meditation and NoFap are big game changers for me. I think making an effort to be social and building or getting involved in a solid group of male friends is important as well
