Search for techniques to make you more productive like pomodoro.You are not used to study for 8 hours so it will be hard in the beginning and you might crash after a week or two.I suggest you to start with 4 hours/day and after 2 weeks you can go to 5 and so on.Check your nutrition hit your macros-micros and drink water.Good luck!!

Depends on how fat you are in the beginning,i mean that if you hold too much fat eventually even if you lose the weight your skin will be loose so in my eyes you can't be a 9,BUT if you just have some fat and you lose it i think yeah you can become a 9 if the rest are 9 level(face,ass, etc)

Yes,you'r right.So i am 22yo,5'10,170 pounds i guess my bodyfat is around 11-12.I am working out for 2 years but with some pauses(3 months in total).I started with brosplits the last 7-8 months i was doing upper-lower and i saw pretty good results.My form is good most of the times and last one i am vegan but i know how to manipulate my macros etc.I was thinking to do something different with my workouts for example as i said static holds but i might just being irrational with my expectations!
