18	Universities need to stop suspending students who are being accused of sexual misconduct until they are proven guilty. They also should have the right to stay anonymous until their convictions. At least this student won the first battle and he is now planning to seek damage over false allegations. You've already ruined his college education and any chance he had of leading a normal (post-)college life. For 0-89% certainty that he was guilty of a crime.
