4	New research on nearly 2 million Uber drivers finds a gender earnings gap of 7% even in the complete absence of gender discrimination Freakonomics just did a podcast on it. Recommended listening. Although I think he did an ok job, he still was pushing the idea that it is still a wage gap, even though they took out every single variable that could influence. He even ended with the idea that since there is still this totally explainable 7% difference due to accountable factors that they should automatically increase pay for female drivers by 7%.
