But that assumes you are being a 0-1 maybe. A 3 or 4 would have alot of opportunies compared to a 6-7 if the3-4 had also had a lot of charisma

Not that I’m really qualified for arguing about this (i’m speaking from all of the stuff I’ve learned about relationships). But essentially a SO is someone you’re mentally and physically attracted to, so as long as you’re a high value guy (money, looks, social status) most girls will be physically attracted to you but for a healthy relationship you would also need the mental attraction you have in friends. I’d love to spend days with my friends but I’d never fuck them because they aren’t sexuall…

When I'm riding the train to school I will sometimes look at people and if we catch eye contact, I would force myself to keep eye contact until the other one turns his/hers head away. And now I can hold eye contact with anyone

They key to not being needy is not being needy. Have other things in your life that is more important than her. Maybe you’re in the gym when she textes you, then remember to be focused on your training rather than her. Or you’re doing some work, don’t get distracted by her. Also mirror her texting speed and length. If she always takes 4 hours to respond do the same aswell. How to beast have made some very great YT videoes on exactly this. Good luck
